Walter J. Dorgan, III, Esq.’s practice is focused exclusively on estate planning, elder law planning and probate/estate administration representing individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.
Walter advises, drafts and implements complex and simple Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills as well as more advanced sophisticated estate planning techniques. Prior to partnering with his father in Paramus over three (3) years ago, he had practiced as an associate at a large, prestigious law firm in Roseland for over five (5) years in the tax and estate planning department.
Walter received his Bachelor degree from Boston College, his Law degree from Seton Hall University where he served as an editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, and his Masters of Tax Law degree from NYU, which is ranked among the top programs in the nation. He is licensed in both New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council as well as numerous bar associations and estate section memberships in the American Bar Association, New Jersey, New York, and Bergen County Bar Associations.
